DELIVERY/WEATHER POLICY

We at Firehouse Pizza Inc. will always strive to deliver your order in a timely fashion. During our busier days (Friday and Saturday nights) we will not be providing times for deliveries, but we will get your order out to you as quickly as our staff can manage it. Our concern is always that we deliver your orders to you hot and as safely as possible.

We offer Free Delivery in the town of Tottenham. This is defined as any street in Tottenham that has a street name associated with it. This includes the area of Tecumseth Pines.

Distance charges are imposed on any delivery that are out side of the town. This would include any of the lines and concessions surrounding the town of Tottenham. We also deliver to Palgrave, Schomberg, Loretto, Colgan and Beeton.

All distance charges go to our drivers. We at Firehouse Pizza Inc. do not take any distance charges from the drivers, these charges are to help off set the cost for their vehicles and gas.

During the winter months, as a company policy, for the safety of our drivers and employees we will not be providing out of town deliveries during snow, ice and sleet storms that come into our area. We leave the decision up to our drivers and their comfort level to drive on roads that are not maintained as well as the roads within the town of Tottenham. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but the safety of our drivers and their equipment comes first. The decision for cancelling out of town deliveries is made before we open and effects all areas out of town (all lines and concessions)
